BROOMFIELD, Colo., Oct. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Ball Corporation's (NYSE: BLL) board of directors declared a cash dividend of 13 cents per share, payable Dec. 16, 2013, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 2, 2013.
