Seeks to promote and maintain awareness of the different religious cultures of Ball employees to improve inclusiveness and increase workplace diversity. |

Hispanic BRG
Enhances collaboration and cultural awareness with the other BRGs and Ball Leadership to leverage our diverse skill sets to identify and resolve issues. In addition, the collaboration enables highlighting and expanding the Ball brands through community outreach, mentorship, recruitment and retention processes. The HBRG encourages participation as a means of ensuring the resource group remains a vibrant and value-add organization which will allow employees and Ball Leadership long term sense of community and camaraderie to further the objectives of Ball Corporation in an ever expanding and diverse global landscape. |

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Allies BRG
Promotes a broader social understanding of the fundamental right for all employees to have a safe working environment, free from intimidation, fear, harassment and prejudice so they can bring their whole selves to the workplace. The BRG supports the LGBTA community and builds a diverse work environment through activities, networking, mentoring, service to the company, and supporting LGBTA employees. |
