GSA Multiple Award Schedules (GSA MAS) are long-term governmentwide contracts with commercial firms providing federal, state, and local government buyers access to more than 11 million commercial supplies (products) and services at volume discount pricing.

The schedule delivers customer agencies the tools and expertise needed to shorten procurement cycles, ensure compliance, and obtain the best value for innovative technology products, services, and solutions.

With more than 7.5 million products and services from over 4,600 pre-vetted vendors, federal agencies, as well as civilian, state, and local organizations, continue to maximize budgets, and reduce buying cycles by up to 50 percent over open market.

SIN 541370GEO Earth Observation Solutions

This is a solutions SIN, which involves services and products to include but not limited to imagery, subscriptions, software, platform and data as a service, and end-to-end data analytics. This SIN provides ordering activities with access to a wide range of Earth Observation Solutions.

SIN 54151S Information Technology Professional Services

This SIN includes cloud services, cognitive computing, conversion and implementation support, database planning and design, Internet of Things, IT project, management, migration services, network services, programming, resources and facilities management, systems analysis, design and implementation, and other services relevant to 29 CFR 541.400.

SIN Ancillary Supplies and/or Services

This SIN is for Non-professional labor categories and must be incidental to, and used solely to support professional services, and cannot be offered or purchased separately. Further, non-professional labor categories shall be offered under SIN ANCILLARY only and must be offered in conjunction with professional service SINs.

SIN OLM Order-Level Materials (OLMS)

This SIN is for supplies and/or services acquired in direct support of an individual task or delivery order placed against a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract or FSS blanket purchase agreement (BPA). OLMs are not defined, priced, or awarded at the FSS contract level. They are unknown before a task or delivery order is placed against the FSS contract or FSS BPA. OLMs are only authorized for inclusion at the order level under a Time-and-Materials (T&M) or Labor-Hour (LH) Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) and are subject to a Not To Exceed (NTE) ceiling price. OLMs include direct materials, subcontracts for supplies and incidental services for which there is not a labor category specified in the FSS contract, other direct costs (separate from those under ODC SINs), and indirect costs. OLMs are purchased under the authority of the FSS Program and are not open market items.
