Go Beyond with Ball
Developing technology to help you see farther, stay safer and preserve our planet
Since the dawn of the space age, Ball has been involved with some of the nation’s most critical missions, at home and on the outskirts of our solar system. But that doesn’t mean we’re done. So whether it be a new image orbiting Mars, or an antenna suite for a military aircraft or ship, we partner with you every step of the way from concept, to development, to data deliver, technology demonstration and more. And until there’s nothing else left to explore, we’ll never stop innovating.
Past achievements inspire us to future breakthroughs
Ball has taken part in some of the most noteworthy aerospace missions in recent memory
When we get wind of a new and exciting mission, we’re already inventing the technology to make it happen. For the Kepler mission we designed and built the largest camera NASA has ever flown into space, and Kepler continues its mission to find exoplanets to this day. For the Hubble, we built seven different instruments, one of which corrected the telescope’s initial flawed optics.
We’re always looking for new challenges (and planets)
Throughout our history, we’ve never shied away from a challenge. We know that when it matters most to your mission, Ball is the name you can trust. From confirming a hole in the ozone layer, to finding the first Earth-sized planet in the habitable zone of another star, we’re not afraid to tackle your biggest challenges.
